I have a background of 18 years of experience in different HR Business partnering/People Partner roles, in international & global environments. 


Industry sectors like innovation & Resarch, Consulting, Chemicals & industrial Logistics, Public Sector.

 

With TalentSpots I wish to make some changes in how we perceive and deal with our own strengths and the diversity of other talents. I have seen too many people leaving the company or  being frustrated because of lack of knowledge of their real strengths & encouragement to thrive. 3 Years ago I have started my own strengths journey as coach and faciliator to bring this mission in the world.


In my coachings I seek to maximise potential in people, show a deep empathic listening without judgment and challenge based on genuine caring. I am committed to deepening connections and coming to the real essence. I am truly inspired by a strengths-based approach as a positive way of finding solutions and approaches.
