Connecting Potential

"A team is not a group of people who work together. A team is a group of people who trust each other"

— Simon Sinek —

We partner with managers and their teams to help them perform better and achieve their goals.

Each person in a team has different talents and approaches things from a different perspective. When team members are aware of each other’s talents, they understand how each person is inclined to think, act and feel. This awareness helps the team navigate and work best together to accomplish its goals and performance objectives.

We offer half-day, full-day, and multi-day team workshops to discover the unique TEAM DNA and improve team effectiveness & happiness in 3 different steps.

Step 1: Strengths Team Discovery

We Introduce strengths-based methode and development and help the team members understand their individual strengths profiles. We learn to use a common language to describe team member talents, strengths and weaknesses in a constructive & helpful way.

Step 2: Strengths Team Development

We educate the team on the power of strengths-based partnerships and development by helping them truly appreciate the unique talents each member contributes to the team.

We help team members value the team’s collective talents and understand how to leverage each person’s strengths to improve teamwork

Step 3: Maximising Collective Strengths

We provide team members with strategies for using their individual and collective talents daily to improve team engagement, productivity and performance.

We help you build a happy and healthy workplace culture and strengths-based community.

“To build a strong team you must see someone else's strength as a complement to your weakness, not a threat to your position or authority”

- Christine Caine -
